For ordered tours the customer is required to deposit 20-100% of the total price of the tour. (EUROPANI s.r.o. is not responsible for late payment by the customer.)

Cancellation Policy

The standard cancellation period for group and individual excursions not including accommodation and / or air / train tickets starts 24 hours before the start of the service, unless stated otherwise in the order.

The standard cancellation period for excursions and tours, including accommodation and / or air / rail tickets, is determined individually for each order. In some cases, cancellation is not possible free of charge, for example, when providing special “non-refundable” accommodation and air tickets or tickets / tickets.

If the service is canceled in less than 24 hours or “no show”, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the amount of the deposit.
